Welcome to the clubhouse
Nestled on a historic apple farm just outside of Kimberley, The Valley Pilates Clubhouse offers a welcoming space for movement and connection.
Surrounded by open fields, fresh air, and a slower pace, it’s a place to step away from the noise and tune back into your body.
Inside the clubhouse, you’ll find two professional, Canadian-made reformers, a thoughtful collection of props, and space for small, intimate mat classes. With class sizes of up to six, there’s room for personal attention while still feeling part of something shared.
It’s simple, intentional, and a little bit special.
Our Team
Emma
Emma Stainton is a certified Pilates educator based in Beaver Valley. Emma's journey with Pilates began after an injury shifted her relationship with movement. Through Pilates, she discovered a practice that not only rebuilt her strength, but also transformed the way she felt in her body — focused, grounded, and empowered. Emma brings knowledge and care to every class, drawing from her training in mat and reformer Pilates, biomechanics, postural assessment, pelvic floor health, and functional movement. She’s committed to ongoing education and to supporting clients of all ages, abilities, and experiences — from athletes and cyclists to those returning to movement after time away. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve mobility, or simply feel better in your body, Emma’s approach is thoughtful, informed, and welcoming.
